What is the purpose of this site?

The purpose of this site is to provide a our members the ability to share and download free mobile downloads, you will need to register with us (this is free) in order to download to your pc or phone.

 

Is this site and its downloads realy free?

As shocking as it may seem the answer is YES everything found on this site is totaly free, we do not charge in any way for the information and downloads found on this site, we have no conection to any mobile service providers. If you download any of the content via our mobile site (http://m.cellmind.com) then you need to know that most mobile service providers do charge you for conecting to the internet with your mobile phone just as if you were making a phone call.

 

How do I start/stop recieving your newsletter?

If you wish to start or stop receiving our newsletter then simply log into your account and click on "Account Settings", once there simply add a tick in the recieve newsletter option box to start recieving the newsletter or remove the tick to stop recieving the newsletter.

 

Your session has expired?

Some people are seeing this message when using the site, the main reason for this is that in order to download or use certain sections of the site you need to be logged in, now I know you have loged in BUT this site saves your session information in a cookie and some people have cookies disabled or at such a high level that this sites cookies are not saved.

To try and correct this it is advisable to have cookies enabled (if you have them disabled) or set your cookie settings a little lower in order to have your computer store this sites cookies, to change cookie settings (internet explorer) do the following.

1. From internet explorer click "tools"
2. Click "internet Options"
3. Click the "privacy" tab
4. Set the level to "Medium".

This is the setting that I personaly use and should only be used as a guidline, you can test the settings to one that better suits your needs.

Another reason for the message is if you have loged in earlier using a different computer or a differernt browser, the session is valid ONLY for the computer and browser you are currently using.

 

Downloading Questions

 

How do I download to my computer?

Items such as wallpapers, themes, ringtones etc require that you be signed in to your account in order for you to download to your computer.

 

How do I download to my phone?

You can download the files stored in your locker by signing into our mobile site (http://m.cellmind.com), when you have signed in you will see all the files curently stored in your locker, this includes private files you have uploaded and files added to your locker from the wallpaper, themes and ringtones galleries.

 

The ringtone I downloaded doesnt work on my phone?

You need to make sure that your mobile phone supports the ringtone you are downloading, not every phone will support all the ringtones available on this site, most phones available now support MIDI ringtones but not all will support MP3 (most do but not all) we recomend that you check your phones manual to see if the ringtone you are downloading is supported by your model of phone.

 

Account Questions

 

Do I have to register to use this site?

You do not need to register to view informaton or use the ringtone maker but you do need to create an account to download wallpaper, themes and ringtones.

 

I registered but didnt recieve the activation email?

This is usualy caused for one of the following reasons.

1. You may have typed your email address in wrong when you registered, this is however unlikely as you were asked to type it in again to confirm BUT it does happen.

2. Spam filters on your email address, spam filters can somtimes add the email to the junk/spam folder by mistake, please check the spam/junk folders to see if the activation email was sent there. If you have checked and cannot find the email then you can Resend Activation Email and if you still fail to recieve the activation email then Contact Us and provide the username you chose and your current email address.

 

I keep being signed out after I have signed in?

We use cookies to know that you are signed in when your on the site, cookies are small text files stored on your computer that tell this site you are signed in when you go from page to page on this site. It is most likely that your settings in internet explorer are set to not accept cookies and this site needs cookies to operate. It may also be a setting in your firewall software that is preventing us from storing a cookie so we recomend you check your firewall also.

 

I have forgot my username / password?

Dont worry in the event that you forget your sign in details you can use This Form to have your username and password emailed to you, just enter the email address that you registed with and your login details will be sent to you.

 

Can I change my password / email address?

Yes just sign in to Your Account and goto "Account Settings" you will see the option to change your password and email address in there. Please note that if you change your email address your account will become inactive and a new activation email will be sent to the new email address.

 

Can I have my account removed?

We will be sorry to see you leave but yes you can do this, all that you need to do is login to Your Account and goto "Account Settings" you will see the "Delete Your Account" section, just enter your current password and click submit for your account to be deleted. IMPORTANT this cannot be undone.

 

Phone Questions

 

I have a problem using your mobile site on my phone?

This could be caused by many reasons and to be honest there isnt much we can do to help you other than providing a couple of sugestions.

1. Make sure your phone is setup corectly to use the internet, if you bought the phone second hand or sim free/unlocked then it may not have the correct internet settings on the phone, your mobile service provider will be able to provide you with the correct internet settings for your phone and if you visit their website they may have a section that will send the settings to your phone via sms.

2. Some mobile service providers need you to contact them to have the internet activated on your phone, check the website of your provider or contact the help department to see if this is the case, if it is they will most likely activate it and you will be able to start using your phone to browse the internet.

3. Some mobile service providers require that you verify your age by charging you a one time fee to access the internet from your phone, the reason for this is to prevent children from accessing internet sites that may not be appropriate, check with your provider.

 

The internet settings on my phone are not correct, what should I do?

Contact your mobile service provider and they will be able to help you enter the correct settings, in addition you can visit the website of your mobile service provider and check to see if they have the information available on their website, some providers will send you the correct settings to your phone via sms and this will automatically setup your phone with the correct settings for using the internet on your phone.
