| This phone worked well for about nine months. I have always used Motorola phones and have always recommended them to friends. However, I can't recommend this particular phone. After taking it back to be repaired, I am still having problems charging it, keeping it charged, and it simply disconnects without warning. Those are the main problems. A co-worker had similar problems with the same phone and the people at the store where this phone and service was purchased said they have had many of them come back for repairs. However, on a positive note, they also said that Motorola has corrected the problem in their newer phones. I'm not giving-up on Motorola, I've had too many good phones made by them, but I am giving-up on this particular model. It's hopeless. |
